Terms and Conditions

StackPerk is operated by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME] (“StackPerk”, “we”, “us”). By accessing the site, creating an account, or claiming a deal, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

If you are using StackPerk on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company, and “you” means that company.

StackPerk is a directory of discounts and offers on third-party software (“deals”). We negotiate or aggregate offers from software vendors and make them available to our members. Some deals are available to any registered account; others are available only to paying (“Pro”) members.

We are an intermediary, not the seller. We do not sell, licence, host or support the software the deals relate to. Your purchase of any vendor’s product is a contract between you and that vendor, on their terms.

• You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract.
• You must give accurate information and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for activity under your account, including keeping your sign-in email secure. Tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.
• One account per person. Accounts are for you or your company — you may not share, sell or transfer an account.

A free account gives access to deals we mark as free. A Pro membership unlocks the full catalogue for its term.

• Pro is billed in advance on a recurring basis and renews automatically until cancelled. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your card details.
• You can cancel any time from your account. Cancellation stops the next renewal — you keep Pro access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
• We may change pricing. Changes take effect at your next renewal, and we will give you reasonable notice beforehand.
• If a payment fails, we may retry it and may suspend Pro access if it remains unpaid.

Refunds. If you take out a Pro membership and it does not save you money, contact us within 30 days of your first payment and we will refund that payment. This is in addition to, and does not limit, any statutory cancellation or refund rights you have as a consumer.

Deals come from third-party vendors and are subject to those vendors’ terms, eligibility rules and availability. We make reasonable efforts to keep listings accurate and to re-check them, but:

• We do not guarantee that any deal will be available, honoured, or that you will qualify for it. Vendors set and can change their own eligibility criteria.
• Vendors may change, restrict or withdraw an offer at any time, sometimes without notice to us.
• Savings figures shown on the site are estimates for comparison, based on the vendor's list pricing at the time of listing. They are not a promise of the amount you will save.
• We are not responsible for the vendor's products, services, billing, support, or their handling of your data.

If a code fails or a vendor does not honour a listed deal, tell us and we will take it up with the vendor. That is a service we provide, not a guarantee of a particular outcome.

Some deals are affiliate or revenue-share arrangements, meaning we may be paid if you sign up with a vendor. This never changes the price you pay.

Promo codes, redemption links and instructions are the core of what a Pro membership pays for. Unless a deal says otherwise:

• Codes are for you or your company's own use only.
• You may not publish, share, resell, or otherwise distribute codes or redemption instructions — including posting them publicly or passing them to non-members.
• Some codes are single-use and tied to your account. Attempting to claim more than your allocation, or using multiple accounts to obtain extra codes, is a breach of these terms.
• We may revoke codes and suspend accounts that breach this section, without refund.

Registered members can post reviews of products. You keep ownership of what you write, and you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display and distribute it on and in connection with StackPerk.

• Reviews must reflect your genuine experience. Do not post reviews for products you have not used, or accept payment or incentives in exchange for a review.
• Do not post anything unlawful, defamatory, misleading, infringing, or that contains someone else's personal data.
• We may hide or remove reviews that breach these terms, and we may do so without notice. We are not obliged to monitor content.

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, bulk-download or systematically extract the catalogue or any gated content.
• Use automated means to create accounts or claim deals.
• Circumvent, disable or probe any access control, paywall or security measure.
• Resell, sublicense, or provide access to StackPerk's gated content as part of another service.
• Interfere with the operation of the site, or use it to distribute malware or unsolicited messages.
• Use the service in breach of applicable law or sanctions.

StackPerk, its branding, site design, catalogue structure and editorial content are owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property law. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-transferable licence to use the site for its intended purpose while your account is in good standing. Vendor names and logos belong to their respective owners and are used to identify their products.

You may stop using StackPerk and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms, if we reasonably suspect fraud or code abuse, or if we are required to by law.

Where we terminate for a breach by you, we are not obliged to refund amounts already paid. Where we discontinue the service without cause, we will refund the unused portion of any prepaid membership.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any deal, saving or outcome will be achieved.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded — including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Consumers retain their statutory rights.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profits, revenue, business, goodwill, or data, however arising.

Our total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the service in any 12-month period is limited to the greater of (a) the total amount you paid us in that period, and (b) [FLOOR AMOUNT, e.g. USD 100].

We are not liable for the acts, omissions, products or services of any third-party vendor whose deal is listed on StackPerk.

You agree to indemnify us against claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of promo codes, or content you submit.

We may update these terms as the service develops or the law changes. If a change is material, we will give reasonable notice — by email or a notice on the site — before it takes effect. Continuing to use StackPerk after that means you accept the updated terms. The effective date at the top shows the current version.

These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the laws of [GOVERNING JURISDICTION], and the courts of that jurisdiction have exclusive jurisdiction — except that consumers may bring proceedings in their country of residence where local law gives them that right.
